Excellent PDF conversions This software helps me keep documents in unchangeable forms so that they can be sent out and not altered. I love that I do not have to download anything to my computer. I can go straight to the website, upload my document or file, and then have it converted into a PDF within seconds. It is super fast and the PDFs look great. I tried this site and it does… I tried this site and it does everything it says it does! It ended up that I didn’t need their service, though, and they were super nice and honest, helping me to cancel. They were great to deal with and I recommend them!

Their Customer service is superb. Their Customer service is superb. I was charged for a subscription which was, to me, erroneous as I had merely tried the sofware and immediately cancelled. But on contacting customer service I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of their response and at the total refund with no qustions asked. They go beyond the call of duty, many thanks.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed. I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature. I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

Some basic terms that must be included in the vesting agreement are: Details of the shareholder. Number of shares. Type of shares. Vesting criteria. Vesting schedule. Company buy-back options. Terms of confidentiality. Definitions and interpretations.
Typical vesting schedules last 4 years with a 1-year cliff. This means founders do not earn any vested shares during the 1 year cliff period. After the first year, they begin vesting their shares on a monthly or quarterly basis over the remaining 3-year period.
Standard vesting schedule A common vesting period is four years, often with a one-year cliff. This means that the employee must remain with the startup for one year before any portion of the equity grant vests, after which the remaining equity vests over the next three years.
Determine the Purpose of the Vesting Schedule. Decide on the Type of Equity. Define the Total Amount of Equity. Choose a Vesting Period. Determine a Cliff Period. Set the Vesting Frequency. Consider Accelerated Vesting Provisions. Draft the Vesting Agreement.
Cliff Vesting: With cliff vesting, employees receive a lump sum benefit at a specified date. For example, in a three-year cliff vesting schedule, no portion of the benefit is granted until the employee completes three years of service, at which point they attain 100 percent ownership of the asset.
A vesting agreement is an agreement entered into between a corporation and a shareholder (usually an employee) that restricts the vesting of securities with the shareholder over a period of time or subject to other conditions.
For example, if an employee has a four-year vesting period with a 25% annual vesting schedule, 25% of their equity will become vested at the end of the first year, 50% at the end of the second year, and so on until all the equity is fully vested after four years.
Types of Vesting Schedules Milestone-Based Vesting. Milestone-based vesting refers to a vesting method where stock options and benefits are granted to employees based on the achievement and performance of certain milestones in a company. Time-Based Vesting. Hybrid Vesting.
