I wish it would edit pictures so I can erase and/or add text; it is not very accurate in determining the the input areas on forms; it changes the font on some .pdfs that are uploaded.

I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.

not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. What do you like best? Very user friendly and convenient. Allows multiple options. What do you dislike? The pdf filling can be more friendly else nothing to dislike. It does what it us supposed to do. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a good product - go for it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allows splitting pdf, filling pdf documents and rearranging pages. I have not used it for converting pdf to word so do not know how accurate it is.
