It is somewhat confusing at first, but after learning the program it is very helpful and convenient to use! I enjoy all of the different options regarding the tools to fill out a PDF, for me it was a rental application for an apartment that i needed to fill out. The one thing I did not like is that after i had filled out my entire application via the pdffiller app, i could not e-mail the pdf until i paid for a plan. Somewhat disappointing, but regarding the program it is a good one.

I would like it better if you just advertised "A Great Price" instead of advertising a "free" service. I would like to look at the tutorials before watching a webinar to get more familiar first.

I loved using the program. It helped on saving paper while allowing to update documents without having to print, use white out, and scan the updated document. It was really the only feature I used, but i know there was so much more to the program. I would love if they created a pay option that was cheaper than basic or reduced the price of basic for those of us who just need it for one or two functions. It was very easy to use and i wish i needed it for other things. Overall still a great program and i would recommend it to anyone. I am only giving it 4 stars due to me just not needing it for a whole lot.

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! I have had several emergent documents sent to me in... I have had several emergent documents sent to me in PDF-without PDF Filler I was having to print-complete form and either scan the document to my e-mail or fax to the appropriate recipients. I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms. Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. That was my problem not realizing i had an account already. Thank yall so much!!!
