This is my first attempt at using your system but so far so good. I'll answer other surveys later after I have had some experience with the system. It takes a little experience to use the system easily. You could use more instructions. Perhaps a start guide on how to perform various manuevers.

It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. So many forms and flexibility to edit and create and cross share forms with clients, and the addition of the iOS app makes for a great always on solution and current information. Price is ok, for single users but for larger firms it may be a consideration. So far no other issues
