Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

I have tried many PDF editors and to be honest this has the best user experience and least learning curve. I will recommend to others. The pricing is good and the fact that paypal is an option is awesome. Others only accept credit cards.

This might look something like this: “During the term of this Agreement and for a one (1) year term thereafter, (Contractor Name) shall not solicit or encourage any employee, vendor, independent contractor, or client of (Company Name) to leave or terminate their relationship with (Company Name) for any reason.”
California's BPC section 16600 provides that non-competition and non-solicitation agreements are generally void and unenforceable unless they fall within certain limited exceptions.
An example of a typical non solicit clause that would generally be enforced would provide as follows: “For a period of nine months after termination of employment with the Company, the employee may not solicit clients or customers of the Company with whom the employee did business for one year prior to the termination
Under California law, non-solicitation agreements are invalid and unenforceable if they: Prohibit an employee from engaging in lawful, off-duty conduct; Restrict an employee's right to terminate their employment; Violate an employee's right to work in a particular profession or field; or.
(c) [Employee name] agrees not to set up in business as a direct competitor of [company name] within a radius of [number] miles of [company name and location] for a period of [number and measure of time (e.g., “four months” or “10 years”)] following the expiration or termination of this agreement.
The independent contractor provision states that the relationship between the parties is that of an independent contractor, that the agreement does not create an employment relationship, and that under no circumstances is the independent contractor an agent of the company for which they provide services.
Non-solicitation clauses restrict independent contractors from approaching or “poaching” the company's clients, customers, and employees. They focus on protecting existing business relationships and preventing the loss of assets to competitors.
In simple terms, the Receiving Party cannot try to poach employees, consultants or contractors of the Disclosing Party for 1 year after the contract terminates. The aim is to stop the Receiving Party from raiding the Disclosing Party's talent.
