I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I needed this program badly, just in the time for distance learning because of the Corona Virus. It was easy to navigate through and use. My only wish is that I would have found this program years earlier! I will update my rating to include the student (recipient) experience of pdfFiller after they return their first homework assignment.

Only downside is not having an autosave when working on a PDF and after being distracted by other people returning to the PDF to find you need to restart.

It can sometimes freeze or crash, but rarely happens.

I really enjoy how user friendly the program is. If I had any complaints, it would be that I have to change the size of the font if I am updating a previous document that I edit.

could be better I feel that adobe does a better job at converting PDFs. Although PDFfiller has a good trial period that you can use all their resources. I like that it has a notary with the plan you choose. some documents don't fit what you search for. Conversion to PDF could be simple.
