It think it can be very useful once I get the hang of it. Disappointed that for a yearly subscription of $72.00 you don't get access to the erase feature. This feature is even free online. Do consider and include it.

I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company
What do you dislike?
The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

AWESOME program but too expensive AWESOME program, but the monthly cost is WAY too high. Should charge customers a more affordable price of $10/month. I never used the program, just must have been sleep working. Anyhow, I was so surprised when I got the notification that I had just bought a year subscription. I was beating myself up and trying to figure out how I could be so unaware. I first tried to call. The phone was endlessly busy, I thought wow I just lost $122 (I paid in Canadian funds). Anyhow, I thought I may as well try sending an email. I could not believe it!!!! The response was almost immediate. Max, took care of everything. He issued a refund, and let me know he had cancelled any future subscription. I was in absolute shock. If I had a need for pdfFiller, in that moment, I would have signed up for years. THANK YOU for being accommodating and obviously trustworthy. Again, you have given me a bit of hope for humanity.
