The service works well and is very convenient, however I was disappointed by the way I was able to complete an entire form but was not advised it was not free until the form was completed after spending a couple hours working on it. Since this is a pay service, the consumer should be advised immediately upon accessing any forms on an internet search. In order to preserve my work, I had no choice but to subscribe. Perhaps you should market a new service that charges by the document. I would have gladly paid for that up front. The service itself works very well.

I just started to use PDFfiller and like the ease of completing pdfs, and logical flow of the app! Also love the send fax feature although while it seemed to work well from the desktop app, it seemed to hang when faxing from my galaxy Note 4 (just kept spinning and I had to force stop the app)-- will have to try faxing more to see if it was a device or app issue.

I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future. Good Quality My experience with PDFfiller is old, when I still needed to install the software. Nowadays I don't use it anymore, but in my college days it was very useful. The conversion of documents on the PDFfiller website is quite simple and does not change the structure of the actual document, which can be up to 150 pages. For most files, this is a good size. I find PDFfiller useful only for those who work with many documents to pay a monthly fee that is not high, but it is still something to consider.
