At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list. This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

I love the ease of using all features, especially the editing/adding text option. This program is top tier! I have not even touched its full use of tools capabilities yet. Every day is a learning curve for me. Me and a friend started up plumbing and heating business and to cut back on overhead i took on the second job at night of doing the books until we can afford a book keeper. Bought the latest Microsoft Office and I am pulling my hair out doing spread sheets , invoices, job proposals, payroll and still have hardly learned a fraction of Offices capabilities. Excel,Word, One Note, Outlook, Access just mentioning the ones i use most. One thing i find hard to do is work with and understand is all the file formats and what one and when to use them. The one i use most is PDF . This program PDF FILLER has made my life so much easier and cut my time in Half. Once i put it in PDF format i couldn't Edit the work. Life is so much better I probably will not go bald now!

Good product with a few minor changes You need to be able to increase font size on just one word or 1 line, not the whole document. Also ther should be a notice when you have come to your margin so you don't keep typing and have to redo. But all in all it worked as it said and did a good job for me.I will use this again, many times. Thank you
