(i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. What do you like best? Basically, it just works. There is no learning curve, no difficulties, no glitches. It is simple, does what it is supposed to do and more. I can merge sheets, sign docs, fill out forms ... everything that could otherwise be a hassle while working remotely. What do you dislike? It may just be my set up, but when I have completed the document on pdf Filler and click "save as," it downloads to my desktop as opposed to allowing me to set the folder of my choice on my hard drive. Not that big of a deal to open the download and 'save as' from there, but just a small annoyance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I often receive documents piecemeal - one page at a time - or I get them back from different signors in different configurations. I love that I can upload them all at once, merge them right off the bat and have the combined document. I can easily rearrange the pages if needed too. Also, during this Pandemic, it has proved invaluable in getting documents easily executed when you cannot meet with signors in person.

definitely easy to use. however some date fields do not have the "calendar" option, so you are forced to manually enter the date. That could be made easier.
