It is usable with all the legal forms I fill out. I do not like how I cannot change font size when using the wizard to fill out form. Sometimes I don't have enough room in the space to type what I need. I also don't like how you lose what you have filled in if you switch from the wizard half-way through.

I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.
