I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. I used this service once and had to… I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

The software has came in handy to sign documents electronically, quickly edit portions of pdf. Great tool for editing pdfs. I mean you could edit very little detail in the pdf and you wouldn't even know if it was changed. All in one package that gives tremendous flexibility with converting word documents to pdf, editing scanned images by converting them to pdfs as well as getting and authorizing with ability to get electronic signatures. With this software you don't need Docu Sign !! Cant erase back ground color for edited text. Edited text should appear seamless and not show signs of editing. Cursor movements and moving of text boxes needs alignment and calibration for more accuracy. There needs to be a way to revert back the changes done. Payment processing and charges need to be clear and upfront without any disguise.

Works well Works well. Just wish there was a way to sign without the added date and time and logo. No one cares about the logo, they just want a signature that appears real. I still have to print, sign and scan, because of that one issue. Kind of makes it worthless to be able to fill out on line.
