She had thought that I just wanted my subscriptions automatic payments cancelled. Really I wanted the payment stopped and the subscription cancelled. I like the signature feature that gives a lot of options. I wish there was a better way to add information and have it look nice, but it does have the flexibility to add something anywhere, so that is nice.

It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.
