Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. As a Realtor, my whole business is based on electronic documentation. PDF filler is kind of named poorly, because it really is a PDF editor. It allows you to easily change almost anything on a pdf document...across both desktop and mobile platforms. It simply works as you'd expect it to...every time. I use it practically every day.
What do you dislike?
I wish there were better tools for generating lines (how about a toggle into and out of orthagonal for a line?) It should allow deeper zooming with a thumbnail view showing where you are in the overall document. I like my pdfs to look perfect and sometimes these limit me in that goal.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
A Realtor literally lives or dies on his/her electronic documentation. This tool lets me master the changes that inevitably occur with documents. I use it every day.

I couldn't find new forms to download… I couldn't find new forms to download from within the app but once I did find them online they were easy to work with

It works like a charm Copy, paste and cut text on PDFs in the document editor. " At first I thought they were scammers, but I took the risk and paid for what they asked for. Now I use almost everything they offer. I like that I do not need to download and upload the document back. I would like to print the document immediately after editing. Now I need to save it first and then I can print the document

Document Signing and Editing Issues I just spent about an hour or so with Kara, one of your most helpful and patient online chat professionals. I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future. Even though I was a bit stressed in trying to get my documents completed, she calmed me down with her knowledge level and patience.I sure hope if I ever need pdfFiller's live chat support again, I'm lucky enough to get Kara again or someone with the same level of expertise. Basic PDF Editor I use it for PDFs for our Escrow files. We have clients sign docs and we can make changes to anything that they send us and then send to them to sign off on it It is easy and very good for a basic PDF editor. You can make simple changes and save it so it looks exactly like a PDF should. You can add and edit text, highlight, adjust sizing, etc. It is too basic but i understand that it is not Adobe. I wish I could edit the text that is in the PDF more easily to make it match and all look seamless
