Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

It was very good and worked very well. However, overpriced. I did not like that I could not switch to a different sign on option after purchase and that if I terminate the agreement, you delete access to files instead of offering a transition courtesy print/save/view.

What do you like best? Editing, merging and marking-up PDF documents and particularly drawings (I am an architect) is easy to do on the program. Editing, deleting selected pages and merging are the most common features that I use, and this is easily done on pdfFiller. It would be helpful if the program has better ways to draw lines and circles, etc., as these are basic needs when marking-up drawings. These features need to be improved. What do you dislike? Drawing features are not user friendly and need to be improved. Highlighting, which is available on pdfFiller, can only be done in straight lines and not at an angle or in curved shapes. This needs to be improved. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Editing and merging PDF documents, marking-up PDF drawings. These are my most critical needs for document review and pdfFiller allows me to do all of this easily.

What do you like best? I love how I can neatly complete compliance filings that don't have a fillable PDF format using PDF filler. I can type on the form in PDF filler instead of having to print a hard copy and hand write or use a typewriter - who even has access to one of those anymore, lol? What do you dislike? It can be tricky to get the alignment just right and then save the completed document. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great tool for using to complete documents that don't have fillable format. What problems are you solving with the product? I like it very much, I think it has great fearures... I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.
