I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. I love using PDFfiller. I believe it is a wonderful program. I use it so often that I started scanning in personal files and paperwork at home to keep me organized. I can fill out anything within just a few moments and it looks like I've spent hours on my documents. The only negative with this program is the process moves a little. Sometimes when I'm rushing to complete documents I doesn't seem to matter what network or computer I use, I still feel like from the time to load a document to the time of completion and sending out there the other parties, its taken me a little too long for my personal opinion but I still use the program religiously to complete just about every document from legal forms that I create to filling out paperwork at the doctor's office for my children. I highly recommend PDFfiller!

Works well with 2 exceptions. There was an odd small "box" on the left-hand side of the saved document that I was able to erase with the erase tool. There were also signature verification notifications superimposed on the signatures.
