So far good. It has been challenging to learn how to use this. It has taken much application and chatting with your customer service reps, who have all been awesome. I won't say it's the easiest to learn but it's easy to use (if that makes any sense). We still can't explain why my msn email blocks pdf filler or pdf filler won't send it to my msn (not sure which). It never shows up in my spam/junk filter there and your website shows it sent. My gmail emails work fine using this.

I also like the black out feature and the way the software notifies you when someone opens your emailed over or faxed documents. Pdf filler is a company with a ton of integrity and cares about its clients Pdf filler is a really great company that has great morals. I signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel before it auto renewed for 1 year. With Covid impacting my commission based business, spending 120 dollars for pdf software is not something I can afford at this time. The customer service rep Rachel not only refunded my purchase, but did it very quickly and professionally. Obviously I forgot to cancel and this company could of held my feet to the fire as it was my fault that I did not cancel the auto renewal that I agreed to and left my Google pay account for. However they did not do that. I will absolutely 💯 use pdf filler again in the future if the need should arise and would recommend it to anyone that needs to edit a pdf file in the future!

Easy to use. I have to STUDY the layout to find what I want. We are not power users of this product. The webinar might help. The pricing you impose presumes that I use a lot of features. I wish you had a price structure to low end users who seek to have a few simple forms filled and signed.

Text input is clunky but effective but I can live with it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For forms and applications that can be completed with mobile app means I can give lighting fast responses to job offers and other essential correspondence like applying for citizenship, legal and financial documents
