Filling out form was fine. I felt like I should have been told there was a cost associated with use before I filled out form, not when I finished. At that point I didn't feel like handwriting everything, so I paid for subscription. I can't justify spending $72.00 a year for something I will seldom use. Wish I would have known up front this was not free.

I am enjoying using the software and finding it helpful completing my VAT forms, I wish you could tab along though from column to column rather than use the space bar. It's a good piece of software though.

I love the program, would be easier to fill dates on my form if I could type the date without the scrolling box. I also wish it was a smoother flow to save/print and back.

What do you like best?
PDF Filler is great for completing forms, editing existing PDF documents, and digitally signing forms.
What do you dislike?
Meets all expectations and more. No issues whatsoever.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We are only using part of the functionality of PDFfiller. No doubt other businesses will be able to take advantage of more of the features. Well worthwhile.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDF Filler saves us time in several ways: 1) saves time spent scanning documents, 2) makes completion of third party forms faster and more professional looking, 3) enables editing of existing PDF documents (rather than editing in Word, printing or saving as a PDF and re-signing), and 4) Digital signing.

Great PDF Very easy to use! Updating documents quickly is really helpful and saves me time in my practice. It's great to have the app in case I am not in my office when a change is needed. There are a few glitches. For example, in order to save a document you have to remember to duplicate it. The emailing feature can be glitchy at times.

Great tool! Great tool. I used it only to edit like half a dozen infographics. If anything I would ask for a full color pallet and different shapes for fills and graphics. It could maybe use a little more simplicity of use with the saving/ uploading function but at least functionality is there, no bugs in my experience.

What do you like best? Easy to use! I don't do tech well, and this is easy! What do you dislike? I'd like to be able to easily add links that are active. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PDF FILLER gives me the ability to secure my documents and files that I share with clients. I no longer have to worry that people are going to just steal my content and use as their own.

I like everything except when filing in… I like everything except when filing in the forms the lines do not automatically wrap to the next line. I have to know to stop and manually go to the next line, Maybe that could be fixed. Also, when I tried to share the completed to form via email; nothing was received by the recipient. Only via fax did information get received.

Great customer service Great customer service. No hassle refund when I forgot to cancel before my free trial ended, I very much appreciate a company that operates this way!

Workplace mediation questions Can you tell me more about the situation? How did the conflict affect you? What do you want to happen? What can you do to resolve this conflict? Define the rules. Meet the conflicting parties separately. Have a joint meeting. Reach an agreement and compromise.
Mediation agreements should spell out decisions, intentions and future behavior so participants leave with a clear understanding of each other's expectations. Written agreements have a psychological effect, and increase the likelihood that the settlement will be adhered to over time.
Mediation in the workplace could include: Facilitating positive dialogue between two departments. Assisting two employees to work through a sticky situation. Advising HR departments regarding serious accusations of harassment or discrimination.
Some questions to help you identify critical issues and narrow your dispute include: What are the main issues of concern to you? What are your goals for the mediation? What obstacles might there be to having a productive session? What will happen if the dispute is not resolved through mediation?
Find a quiet room in a neutral location where you won't be disturbed, away from the rest of the team. Meeting with the participants individually will allow them to share their side of the story with you openly and honestly. Use active listening skills and open questions to get to the root of the problem.
Mediation is voluntary and the mediator cannot force you or your employer to accept a solution. Both you and your employer must agree on the way to solve the dispute. Mediation should not be used to solve problems that have to be formally investigated (for example, harassment or discrimination).
SPEAK FROM YOUR OWN PERSPECTIVE In other words, describe your own values, thoughts, feelings and actions instead of putting words in the other person's mouth: “I feel I believe I think” instead of “You broke our agreement”.
Think about the factors. Make some notes for yourself on the key points that help describe the situation and illustrate what you want to say. This preparation helps gain clarity but can also help you avoid language that may inflame the situation or make it difficult for the other person to listen to your point of view.
