Faced with the daunting task of filling in the complete IRS 990 (due to the dissolution of a 501c7 non-profit corporation of which I was the treasurer) I have found that the PDFfiller program is a real godsend -- so much so that I almost regret not having an excuse to continue as a subscriber once the trial-period expires. I signed up for a subscription but only needed it for one document. I canceled but was charged again a month later. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have completed but refunded me the money. That is great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

My subscription had expired My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. What do you like best? I like the easy of use of the interface and the user friendliness of the product. What do you dislike? The need to install java is the one thing I dislike about this product Recommendations to others considering the product: Stop hesitating about whether this product will meet your needs, it will! Trust me. Act on your intuition and just try it. You will not want to stop after that have tried! I think it is a better product that Adobe because of the price point and the many options that are available. I love the send to capture signature feature where this product allows you to get the signature of someone who does not even have the product at all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Digital signatures and workflow becomes so much smoother using this product. I have also used it to do registration of students now we are working virtually - parents file the form out and I get notifications that they have completed the process so I can then pick up the completed form. This has worked great for some business needs that surfaced because of the current pandemic! I love this product!
