Difficult to naviagte Frustrating... but it may work better on a computer rather than an ipad. I like that you can create password protected files and templates to sign if there's is sensitive information needing to be shared. The overall function seem to be helpful, but difficult to use on an ipad for sure! I found it difficult to attempt to build a template as you cannot move the fields you create once you place them. It can make for a sloppy look in your template.

Great customer service support Great customer service support. They have always been responsive on a timely manner when I need help. I use them to submit 1099 forms to the IRS. They even developed a 'fix' to their form so that I could submit a form for an employee that lives out of the country.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Able to change words on documents-So helpful I was unable to find a pdf editor that allowed me to change the words already provided on the forms. This has been a God send. Thank you for creating this program for people to use. The charge for using this program is a little expensive but I am extremely grateful for a 30 day trial. Thank you again.

I usually use this program during a translation process when I get a request to translate a document in form of PNG or similar. But I believe that this app can still be further enhanced.

Great software Great software! Very easy to use and does just about everything you would want a PDF editor to do. The only issue I had was when replacing text the text box deleted the line the text was sitting on and I ended up with a break in the line. Other than that I highly recommend!
