I really like working with the filler although there could be better control in the editing. I believe it could be more intuitive as to the fields which are potentially fillable and place the cursor within those lines automatically. It is fussy to try to line it all up.

I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company

The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

What do you like best? OMG! I can’t said enough about it. I have use it so many times, why to overpaid for Adobe acrobat or similar when you can have this? Well I am finding this to be quite convenient and plus having all types of forms, but since most things come in PDF I am loving it for my small business, I can duplicate the state tax for for each company and only fill in the "seller" info and that is so time saving! I think I am going to absolutely love this, its my first day here and already feel super pleased!
