Upon further investigation as to what PDF filler is, I realized that this was due to something a professor from a course I had taken last year had required the class to use to complete an assignment. He assured us that though we may need to put in our personal information, the service we were using would be "free". I did not realize that “free” was then turned into a renewable purchase fee. I contacted PDF filler to dispute the charges and explained what had happened. This company responded to my email with genuine kindness within a couple of hours to assist me with providing a refund upon receipt of a response providing verification information. I emailed them the information and again, within a couple of hours, I received a response that I had been refunded the fee. I appreciate how professional, considerate, and amazingly responsive this company has been- the whole process was quick and painless and I will certainly consider using PDF Filler in the future should I need such a service!!

Love the ease of use. I would highly recommednd this product to any business person. Initially, I was hesistant because learning new software is always my dread. However, once I signed on it was so easy. Makes daily document updates and creations easy. I can always find an Accord form I needed with this as well. And edit of pdfs are no longer an avoidance. Sometimes there is a delay from screen to screen. But nothing to really complain about.

The only issue that I have had is when I try to print a document, there have been quite a few times that it will download to 63% and then gets stuck there.
