I cannot get this to print correctly; all I am getting aare dots on form. 11/16 Don't remember how, but finally got it to work and enjoyed it day I bought. Support person was very professional and had a great deal of patience. Recommend some kind of tutorial or steps for getting started before filling a form. For example to edit steps 7, 8, 9. To save steps 3,4,5, etc. It would be great if a hot line number was available in some cases. Thanks again for all of your assistance. They said the first cancellation must not have completed but refunded me the money. That is great customer service. I will definitely use them again.
