Easy of use and no software to download. Cloud storage is great my documents are all stored where I know they are for future modifications. I dislike how sometimes my documents don't get sent out, I have to resend a couple of times before they are received. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It is allowing me to edit certain documents that I was once before remaking the entire document for different clients.
