Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it. May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

What do you like best? I use it everyday for certificates of insurance, the program is very user friendly What do you dislike? I have tried to save the link on my computer but it never saves. I always have to google acord PDF filler. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It saves all my COI so I just need to change the date and certificate holder.

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.
