For the most part this is an easy and reliable program to navigate. Some forms expect utilization of the text tool which does not always lend to professional format or uniformity. I am unclear whether this is a function of PDFfiller or the form itself.

The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed. My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun. Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

Great Product! So far, my experience with this product has been great! I have only used the PDF editing features and not played with the APIs. The navigation is friendly and quick, and tools are simple and easy enough to figure out. The page loading time was a little slow in my case- editing a 10 page PDF document, but it was sufficient.

I love this program easy to use platform. As a student this has been my all in one solution. This is a one stop shop program. Seems like every need as far as documents legal forms can be found here. For myself I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to find a platform that handles all your needs. That really is to say the least I have yet to unlock all the features PDF has to offer. I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.
