Going from a blank page to a finished form while you create an intake form
When you start with a blank canvas, pdfFiller provides templates to simplify the creation of your Personal Injury Intake Form. Managing and updating your PDF form templates is seamless with pdfFiller. You can organize your forms into specific categories, making it easy to retrieve them later. Changes made to a template are automatically applied across all instances of that form, ensuring your documents are always up-to-date.
Sharing results and monitoring responses after you create an intake form
Once your Personal Injury Intake Form is completed, pdfFiller allows for easy sharing with clients or other stakeholders. I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.
What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.
