Anyhow, I thought I may as well try sending an email. I could not believe it!!!! The response was almost immediate. Max, took care of everything. He issued a refund, and let me know he had cancelled any future subscription. I was in absolute shock. If I had a need for pdfFiller, in that moment, I would have signed up for years.
