It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

Good service This ia great service, but you shouldn't allow people to fill out entire PDFs just to push them into creating an account and starting a free trial. Be upfront.

Learn Team Creation And Shared Templates Features

With SignNow, you can create various teams that can easily share documents with each other. Using the Shared Templates feature, you will be able to track and manage documents that are sent for signing by team members.
First, upload the document to the account pressing the Upload Document button.

In order to create a team, you must have a template created in the system already. So, use the uploaded document to create a template. Choose More and then click Make Template.

Next, name your template and click Create Template.

The template is now stored in the Templates Folder.

Now, press the Create Team button.

Insert the team’s name and add the email addresses of the members of the team. Finish by clicking Add Team.

Click Back to My Documents.

First you'll need to hold Windows Key and then press R. then, you'll have to copy and paste %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates\ then select OK. This will locate the area where you need to send your Custom Templates.
On the Settings for Sites page, click Templates - classic Sites. In the Categories section, type a category name in the field and click Save. Your category is now listed above the field. (Optional) Enter more names to add as many categories as you want.
The default location of the User Templates Folder remains C:\Users\ user name \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates.
Go to the destination folder, where all Outlook templates are saved by default. It is- C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates. Locate the template you need and click on it to drag it towards the Outlook icon on your taskbar. This pins your template to the context menu of the Outlook icon.
