Small business friendly Filling out forms for business accounts and taxes looks very professional using this software. I recommend trying this product out. PDF forms are easily filled out for a clean, professional appearance. Just like using any new software, learning how it operates can be frustrating but with help and tutorials becomes easily used.

Definitely Useful As I mentioned, it makes the mailing process much more efficient. PDFiller allows you to create and mail PDFs easily, saving you the hassle of getting an envelope, purchasing a stamp, maybe having to go to the post office, etc. For me that has been its greatest strength. The PDF customization interface isn't bad, but it's not immediately usable. It takes a little bit of time to learn how to use it effectively. Right off the bat: I would not recommend this software to someone who isn't tech savvy or doesn't want a bit of a learning curve, for example, employers I've had in their 50s, 60s, and 70s who don't really "get" technology. The interface is fine if you just want to sign a document, but is not particularly intuitive when it comes to doing simple things like outright deleting portions of text. Too many steps.

Highlight your PDF document online. Select the highlighter tool from the horizontal toolbox located at the top of the PDF editor. Select the desired color of your highlighter tool. Click and drag the cursor to select the text area to highlight, releasing when you've finished.
Or press shortcut Ctrl + Alt + H -> then select the text you want to highlight.
Open the file with the PDF Editor. Click on the highlighter icon. Pick the color and thickness. Drag your cursor over the text you'd like to highlight.
If you cannot highlight or select text in a PDF, the file might probably be a scanned copy and cannot be edited. How can you tell whether a copy was scanned? It's simple. the alignment of the text will be off, the page's borders won't be in the same place, and some text will be zoomed in more than others.
Open the file with the PDF Editor. Click on the highlighter icon. Pick the color and thickness. Drag your cursor over the text you'd like to highlight.
