Pdf filler is a company with a ton of integrity and cares about its clients Pdf filler is a really great company that has great morals. I signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel before it auto renewed for 1 year. With Covid impacting my commission based business, spending 120 dollars for pdf software is not something I can afford at this time. The customer service rep Rachel not only refunded my purchase, but did it very quickly and professionally. Obviously I forgot to cancel and this company could of held my feet to the fire as it was my fault that I did not cancel the auto renewal that I agreed to and left my Google pay account for. However they did not do that. I will absolutely

As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised. What do you like best? The dashboard is intuitive and for me the best thing is being able to sign documents. What do you dislike? The application is good but has limitations versus the competition such as file size and not having the scanner tool on the cell phone. Recommendations to others considering the product: In my opinion, a multilanguage tutorial is necessary. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest benefit is being able to sign documents from a distance.
