It is a very easy way to fill out your form, however I did have difficulty retrieving my document after signing up. I contacted the customer service which gave a different website to use.

How do I remove password protection from a PDF in Windows 10?
Click the lock icon at the left side of the window and click Permission Details. You can also click File > Properties and click the Security tab. Click the Security Method box, select No Security, and click OK to remove the password. Click File > Save to save your changes.
Why won't my PDF let me delete pages?
If you are unable to delete or remove pages from a PDF file that is because your PDF is restricted. This means your PDF file has editing restrictions. Because of this, you are unable to perform any activity on your PDF. This is called Owner-level protection.
