What do you like best? The site is very easy to use. The layout and design make it very simple to choose the best option for formatting documents. A corrected claim is a replacement of a previously submitted claim (e.g., changes or corrections to charges, clinical or procedure codes, dates of service, member information, etc.). A corrected claim is not an inquiry or appeal. Do not submit a Provider Inquiry Resolution Form (PIRF) with a corrected claim.

To resubmit a claim, it needs to be placed back into the Bill Insurance area. This can be done by selecting Resubmit or Send to insurance invoice area as the session action when posting a payment.
