I like the fact that it is a browser-based software, no download required.
What do you dislike?
That fact I most dislike is that you can't pay per use, as I don't edit pdfs very often.

The problem I was solving using this was filling out a housing application for an apartment. This was very helpful and even better than acrobat in terms of placing text.

Can rental history be removed?
Petition to have old evictions removed. You can petition to have a previous eviction removed from your rental history by the reporting company if you've since repaid the landlord or community. ... The reporting company will then be required to remove the information via the FCRA.
How long does bad rental history stay on your record?
After the seven year period expires, evictions are deleted from public record and thereby from your credit report and rental history. So if you've got an eviction on your record and can't get anyone to lease to you, in the worst case scenario you can just let the eviction lapse from public record after seven years.
Can I check my rental history?
Sadly, your rent is not reported automatically on your credit report. If you're trying to check your "renter's history" it is actually going to be an impossible task because there is no single data base of rental history!

There are two elements that must be considered: IRS and Fair Housing. The rule of thumb from the IRS is that you are responsible to produce records for 7 years. (Actually, 5 years, but must be able to produce 7 if requested......go figure.) What muddles the issue comes from Fair Housing Regulations.
