Good product for the money this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great. Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files. Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

Teachers have the right to refuse to participate in joint observations. ... Head teachers should initiate such procedures only as a last resort. Capability procedures are covered by a separate national agreement and are therefore not part of the NUT's classroom observation protocol.
Teachers and lecturers have no formal right to refuse to teach a disruptive pupil or student. ... Although teachers are allowed to detain students after class, they must be reasonable about the requirements. If a teacher makes the student stay after school hours, for instance, parents must be notified, and the teacher cannot demand the student remain for hours.
It isn't against the law to yell at another person. Therefore, it isn't illegal for a teacher to get angry at a student.
The head teacher should consult on the pattern of classroom observations which teachers can expect annually. Agreement should be sought by head teachers with their teaching staffs and their recognised organisations on these arrangements. 31. Teachers should be observed on an equitable basis.
The maximum number of times each teacher experiences classroom observation for the purposes of performance management and the evaluation of standards of teaching and learning should be three per performance management cycle.
Observing other teachers is a key part of development; it improves teachers' own self-awareness of their skills and also makes managers more effective at identifying areas for further growth.
Typically conducted by fellow teachers, administrators, or instructional specialists, classroom observations are often used to provide teachers with constructive critical feedback aimed at improving their classroom management and instructional techniques.
Newly-qualifed teachers will be observed by Ofsted in the autumn term of their new job. ...
