Initial problem was apparently that I had failed to save the (almost) completed form that I had made, and when I went bace to it, only the original blank form was available. I see the error of my way. Quite interested in learning lots more about program and the ways it couod be useful to me.

It does what it is supposed to do It does what it is supposed to do. I don't like having to put the 4 digit code in.....maybe that is just for trial??? Easier than Adobe.

Open up a new email message. Click in the "To" box and begin to type a name. Note the drop-down list that appears automatically. Use your "Up" or "Down" arrow to scroll through the names in the drop-down list that appears. Highlight the name you want to remove. Press "Delete" on your keyboard.
Click the name in the upper-right and select My Settings. Click "Verify Address" at the top of the page. In the Verification Status section, check the box next to the email address you want to remove.
To remove an account from Account Chooser, firstly sign out from the account, then sign in again to go to the Account Chooser sign-in page. Click the Remove button below the account list, and then click on X behind the account that you want to remove.
Select the Start button, and then select Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts . ... Under Accounts used by email, calendar, and contacts, select the account you want to remove, and then select Manage. Select Delete account from this device. Select Delete to confirm.
Select the contact that contains the email address that you want to delete from the autocomplete list. To find a contact quickly, go to the Search box and enter the email address you want to remove from the autocomplete list. The contact no longer appears in the Outlook.com autocomplete list.

Try to mouse-over the misspelled name and press the delete key [do not click mouse]. Select the user name you want to delete in the drop down list (do not enter name in the box) then press control + shift + delete and... bingo!
Select the cell with the drop-down list. If you have multiple cells with drop-down lists that you want to delete, you can use Ctrl+Left click to select them. Click Data >Data Validation. On the Settings tab, click Clear All. Click OK.
