I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. The people are just awesome!! Very helpful and respond immediately. I would recommend this to friends and family as well.

Easy to use, and very useful, but some symbols are not explained. They have a very large number of forms, but some are not the latest version. Nevertheless, it is addictive and once you get used to PDFfiller you will always come back for more.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. Writing this though cause their support is swift and reasonable.
I accidentally left my subscription running for 3 months after just using the free trial for 1 PDF edit.
After 1 email they refunded all 3 payments without making me jump through hoops.

I had trouble logging in to my account
I had trouble logging in to my account. It was a small issue but I sent a text message and got a reply soon after. The Customer Service at pdffiller is very responsive. I have been a customer (for creating insurance forms for my medical practice) for three years and it is an excellent service. It is user-friendly and intuitive and simple to use. I highly recommend pdffiller.

I somehow allowed my subscription to renew, when I actually do not need this service. A quick contact with customer service handled the problem for me and I got a full refund. I was aided by a representative named ***. No hassle!

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

Is it possible to scan a document and edit the text?
Microsoft is one of those software makers. If you have a printed copy of a document and would like to be able to edit it, you can do it using Word. Provided you scanned the document properly, Microsoft OneNote will capture any images and text in the document and send them to Word, in which you can easily edit them.
Is it possible to edit a scanned PDF document?
Edit Scanned PDF File Once OCR is complete, you will be able to edit the PDF file accordingly. Open the “Edit” tab to see the range of edits you can do to your scanned PDF file. Modify the text on your PDF by clicking “Edit”. Click anywhere on the document to add, delete or change the existing text.
How do I remove text from a scanned picture?
To erase text from a scanned document online you can use Scarier's eraser tool. Just go to the Scarier web and upload the document you want to edit. Erase unwanted text or background, then fill document, sign it, preview it, export it and that's it.
How do I scan a document and edit it in Word?
Scan a document as a PDF file and edit it in Word, click File > Open. Browse to the location of the PDF file on your computer and click Open. A message appears, stating that Word will convert the PDF file into an editable Word document. Click OK.
