Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. i find it easy to use. but i was wondering if there's a way to order a 3page document that when i wright on the first it goes through the other 2 so i can have a copy for the customer and 2 for the ofice.

I so far love this pdf filler
I so far love this pdf filler, as I can edit old forms I need and add more info. on them. So far it's easier and fast to work with then Adobe PDF text edit.

I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Thank you Katrina and, as I promised, when our company is financially able to afford this wonderful product, I will once again be a customer. This experience earned 5 stars because of Katrina's kind ear and quick action. Thanks to you, Katrina, and whoever trained you in customer service protocols.

Fast and effective response
When I contacted them through their Chat feature my problem was resolved there and then. Instant response, and then follow up emails to make sure everything was ok. This is how customer service should work but so often doesn't.
