At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. PDF Filler is great. I started with the free trial, then went to the pro, but now I've switched to Basic. I got this for signing contracts on buying and selling my home. Awesome!

No single docs (only trial). Unable to split the file.
Despite having a free trial it would be nice to edit and download a single document. This only confuses people and catches you if you forget or are unsuccefull with cancelling within 30 days. I used this site to edit an evacuation plan and it was very easy to do, tools are good. However even with help of customer support still not able to split the plan for seperate sections of a building. I had to rewrite the pdf but I didn't make the plan myself. Overall decent tool for free 30 days but can be better.

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

Twice a year I need to turn a pdf form into a fillable form. I don't need a subscription for such a minimal need. I wish there was truly a free way to do this without creating a trial subscription.
