Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

I only have one contract to fill out as a real estate agent...My contracts are months apart so only need one month of service. after the learning curve this program is fairly easy to finish my needs....

Excellent tool, very useful and easy to use
In my work we use a lot of PDF for contact with the client and the truth is that it is useful to have such a tool to make it quick and easy; It's something less to think about.
The best thing about this tool is that it solves a basic problem with the PDFs we receive: editing them. It is also very easy to use, saves a lot of time and has the possibility of adding a digital signature to each document.
Some form formats are more complex to edit and the tool gets confused, but it happens with all other tools.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!

What do you like best?
The editing module is effortless! The tools available allow us to edit, rearrange and create whatever final version we want. It's very easy to use and makes editing quick. Time is so important and PDF Filler allows us to focus on the work that matters vs. spending countless hours editing documents.
What do you dislike?
I would like to have a media or image folder that we can get to without being in edit mode. Connecting team members is not easy and not straightforward - it would be great to have more control over this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PDF filler replaced Adobe. Adobe had so many glitches and didn't allow us to edit all documents. Now, PDF Filler gives us the ability to get our work done and quickly!

I had a little bit of trouble using…
I had a little bit of trouble using this app but I didn't put much time into trying to learn. I think it would be worthwhile for anyone who works with documents to learn how to use this app but I just don't have the time and only needed one document. When it came time to cancel, they were gracious enough to make it easy by clicking on cancel instead of having to call or write and jump through hoops. Thank you pdfFiller for letting me try your app.

What is a blend and extend lease?
Blend and Extend Amendments in Commercial Leasing In commercial leasing, a blend and extend amendment is allowing a tenant to extend their lease and negotiate a new rate, merging, or blending the new and old rents.
How do you calculate a blended rental rate?
Examples of Blended Rates For example, if a company has $50,000 in debt at a 5% interest rate and $50,000 in debt at a 10% interest rate, the total blended rate would be calculated as: (50,000 × 0.05 + 50,000 × 0.10) / (50,000 + 50,000) = 7.5%.
How do you calculate blended overtime rate?
Determine the employee's base pay. Calculate the weighted average pay rate. Determine the weighted overtime total. Calculate the total earnings. 20 hours X $20 + 20 hours X $15 +10 hours X $10 = $800. $800/50 total hours = $16 per hour.
