Great for PDFs!
PDF filler is a great way for me to edit PDFs that clients send me. It is also very handy for finding my own PDFs that I need for a variety of reasons.
I love how useful this product is. It is also really easy to use once you get the hang of it. The database of forms they have to search and use is also incredibly helpful!
It can be a bit hard to use at first, especially if you aren't familiar with PDFs. I typically have to train an employee for about 30 minutes before they can really understand and use all of the features that PDFfiller provides.

What do you like best about the product?
The affordability of pdf filler to begin with . It's an excellent price for all of the features u need to run a business . And the pff filler is incredibly easy and quick to use . With ismts many features u can do everything from creating your own documents to keep ur business running smoothly to editing documents to fit your needs down to signing document and sending them out to partners or clientele.all in all PDf filler is a awesome addition to your business to keep thingsvk running

PDF Fill gives me the ability to either edit a particular document to suit your business needs at the moment or create a document . You can do everything needed from pdf filler from create odit to sign or send to be signed to file , email etc it's very easy to understand and use as well as affordable

What do you like best?
I like how simple it is to navigate fields. The program is really good about identifying editable fields in all documents.
What do you dislike?
I think they can improve the downloading/saving function. There seem to be more steps than one would expect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for software that is simple and allows you to edit PDF files easily, this is your program. I feel the least amount of pain when renewing my subscription. For me, it is a must-have tool.

How long does an employer have to send out a cobra notice?
The initial notice of rights and benefits in the health plan is required within 90 days of the employee's coverage. If there are changes to the plan, the employer must give notice within 210 days after the year in which the changes take place. If benefits or coverage are being reduced, the notice period is 60 days.
How long does the employer have to send Cobra notice?
Employer has 30 days from the loss of coverage to notify the plan administrator. * Plan Administrator has 14 days to provide a COBRA election notice to the former employee/qualified beneficiary.
What is the penalty for not sending Cobra notice?
Employers who fail to comply with the COBRA requirements can be required to pay a steep price. Failure to provide the COBRA election notice within this time period can subject employers to a penalty of up to $110 per day, as well as the cost of medical expenses incurred by the qualified beneficiary.
Do Cobra notices have to be mailed certified?
Employers should send notices by first-class mail, obtain a certificate of mailing from the post office, and keep a log of letters sent. Certified mailing should be avoided, as a returned receipt with no delivery acceptance signature proves the participant did not receive the required notice.
Does Cobra coverage begin immediately?
Assuming one pays all required premiums, COBRA coverage starts on the date of the qualifying event, and the length of the period of COBRA coverage will depend on the type of qualifying event which caused the qualified beneficiary to lose group health plan coverage. In that case, COBRA lasts for 18 months.
What is a Cobra Election Notice and when is it required to be sent to a qualified beneficiary?
The election notice must be provided to the qualified beneficiaries within 14 days after the plan administrator receives the notice of a qualifying event. The election notice should include the following information: The name of the plan and the name, address and telephone number of the plan's COBRA administrator.
