With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I thought this would be to costly per mo. for my use. When I went to cancel I was offered a 75% discount to stay for another yr. That will certainly give me time to see its use.

For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

Perfect for on the go!
Time saver and so convenient to have this! You can access from everywhere
It's very easy to log on away from your desk to edit and send a document for a signature. I'm a logistics manager and I'm always on the go and most of the time I get phone calls away from my desk so its handy to be able to pull this software up on my phone to send important documents - especially customs paperwork when zip need to
Nothing! You can pretty much find any document form needed in their library to assist you with your needs. You can even edit the document if need be.

Used to convert images into fillable forms for custom label making
We used this software to create a fillable form from an image, and ultimately the form was printed as a custom label. These labels were used for organizing incoming shipments of samples in a research lab. The online software was very convenient to use, since no downloads were required. The form was very easy and quick to create, and very easy to share once completed. A 10 minute solution has saved invaluable time in our lab.
My favorite feature was the ability to add custom fillable fields to an image. There were lots of options: text, drop-downs, radio buttons, etc. that you could customize and drop anywhere on the form that you wanted.
There was a bit of a learning curve to creating new forms and saving them. I wasn't sure where exactly to go to retrieve forms I had already started on. Once I got the hang of it, though., it was pretty easy to manage.

How do I change the highlight color in PDF?
Open any PDF document, go to menu View → Comment → Annotations, right-click on the “Highlight text” tool, choose “Tool Default Properties” and you will be able to change its default color.
