Great online pdf editor. Should have more features in personal level, a bit annoying to not be able to perform basic functions such as erasing sections of a document or deleting pages in a commercial, paid product. That is my only complaint though. Great software otherwise.

It's easy to use, the options are perfect for our use, and I can email directly out of the program. I like the entire program - it's just perfect and it's very professionally designed.

Every now and then, I have difficulty aligning the text in the exact part of the open field area that I'm working on in the document.

The go-to for creating useful PDF files
This software has become a go to for pretty much every PDF file I have to create. I have used it to create forms that our midsize business uses on a daily basis. I find it to be very user friendly and a quick and easy way to get what you need. It has positively affected our costs of printing and paper, and it's good not only for our budget but for the environment too!
Customer service is not the fastest and sometimes I have a question that needs to be resolved that day. I read online that it depends on the plan you have purchased and I don't think that is the best way to treat your customers.

First, the website works really well - lots of options to accomplish any task, pretty easy navigation, and reasonable pricing (one-time use is even free!). **************** is outstanding.

The app notifies me of when someone fills out my form.
What do you dislike?
The integration from the link in the email to the app on my phone. For some reason, there is a disconnect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have customizations and processes you wish to conform E-signature function in your documents, PDF Filler is a great tool. Great for contract-heavy and approval-required documents for our business. Great for folks who have medium to advanced level of word processing abilities and technical capabilities with graphic apps. If that's you, you will be a quick study. If you find it dificult to work in a Word document or Powerpoint or other types of programs, this app will have a learning curve for you.

I wanted to use this tool temporarily because I had to sign a lot of documents at the time. I kept it and use it for a lot of things now! Its very useful and worth the money.

How do you document time spent with a patient?
When documenting time, include only the time you spend face-to-face with the patient. If a nurse or other hospital member counseled the patient, you can not include it. You can count only physician counseling time. Your documentation needs to demonstrate that more than 50 percent of the visit was spent on counseling.
How many minutes is a 99215?
99215 Office/outpatient visit, established patient, which requires 2 of 3 key components: a comprehensive history, a comprehensive examination, or medical decision making of high complexity. Physicians typically spend 40 minutes facetoface with the patient and/or family.
How many minutes is a 99214?
When selecting time, the provider must have spent a time closest to the code selected. For example, 99214 has a typical time of 25 minutes, and 99213 has a typical time of 15 minutes. If the face-to-face office time is 21 minutes, select code 99214 since it's more than half of the time difference.
What does CPT code 99215 mean?
CPT 99215, Under Established Patient Office or Other Outpatient Services. The Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) code 99215 as maintained by American Medical Association, is a medical procedural code under the range — Established Patient Office or Other Outpatient Services.
How do I bill a 99215?
CPT Code 99215 can be used for a high level of complexity appointment, and it is only used in 5% of visits. CPT Code 99215 is a level five code that should only be used for a patient with an established history. Billing with this code could produce up to 25% more in reimbursements that CPT Code 9214.
What is a level 5 visit?
Level 5 Office Visit (99215) The 99215 represents the highest level of care for established patients being seen in the office. Internists selected the 99215 level of care for only about 9% of established office patients in 2014.
