Allows you to create pdfs that with blanks in order to easily fill out.
There are no free versions, so you pretty much just hope that a business has taken the proper steps to acquire this and utilize it.

How many pixels should a GIF be?
The number of pixels compressed into the image is the biggest factor for determining the file size of the GIF. Most of the time, GIFs are made to be less than 500 pixels wide.
How do I compress a GIF to 5 MB?
Step 1: Go to the online image compressor and click the Add Images button to upload one or more GIF files. Make sure the maximum number of GIF files is 40, and the maximum size of each GIF file is 5 MB. Step 2: Once GIF files are uploaded, this website will compress your GIF files automatically.
Why is my GIF file so big?
