Site could be more mobile friendly. I'm still learning but so far it has done exactly what I needed and greatly improved my ability to get the docs back I send.

Easy to use -- several format/file extension options for saving and ability to link with cloud and sharing platforms makes this so versatile. Having the option to save a filled form as a template is very helpful. The customization and array of options is allowing me to complete tasks, for which I previously needed multiple programs.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

Great product and even better customer service
I used the product, which was excellent, once during the 30 day trial. However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. This has to be the best customer service and support I have ever received.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES
Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised. If you have any conerns or questions the customer service is top notch and very helpful. Everything is labled for ease of use. I use PDFiller EVERYDAY! Buy the subscription .... you will thank me later.
Con: I cant draw lines on surveys with ease! That is something that I wish I was able to do. There are options to draw but no straight edge lines. That is really the only con that I have.

What is the purpose of the w8ben form?
Purpose. Form W-8BEN should be completed by: Nonresident individuals to claim a tax treaty exemption from federal tax withholding (or a reduced tax rate), on a non-service payment issued by UCLA or UCOP.
Why do I need to complete a W-8BEN E form?
You must give Form W-8BEN-E to the withholding agent or payer if you are a foreign entity receiving a withholdable payment from a withholding agent, receiving a payment subject to chapter 3 withholding, or if you are an entity maintaining an account with an FFI requesting this form.
What happens if I don't fill out W8BEN?
If the withholding agent does not collect a W-8BEN form from the foreign employee or contractor, the worker will be subject to the full 30% tax withholding rate on their U.S. income.
