Good but very expensive; if I could open and fill PDFs on my computer, I would do so, but my computer, for whatever reason, will not allow me to. Also, lining up the characters/text could be better?? But thank you - it's still a lifesaver!

editing document is fine. Underlining is hard to figure out. Simply saving for future use (not exporting) is not clear but I stumbled on a solution that I hope will work.

Has a lot of features which will be most beneficial as soon as we learn to use them. Is an easy program to enter information into for forms and hopefully the longer we use it the more efficient we will become. Such as the feature of creating a template from a form instead of what we did which was to do it over and over again, and not recognizing the way to save it online.

I have used it almost every day for over a week to fill out forms. I find it to be a bit awkward at times but I'm getting better at finding my way around. I will continue to use it.

That I am able to take any non-fillable pdf document and make it fillable.

I find the ease of use of the website decreased with the updated version. Not impossible, but less ease of use. Nothing too bad.

I use pdfiller in all aspects of my job where non-fillable documents are not available. From Business Management to Human Resources.

I like how intuitive PDFfiller works compared to using a typical graphic design application to fill out PDF forms. PDFfiller does a good job at understanding how to format common documents and makes it easy for me to download files after filling them out. I think that the pricing for PDFfiller is very reasonable and the website is designed very professionally.

I have been able to use PDFfiller very smoothly in the time that I've used it, but it's not always perfect when it comes to formatting certain documents. I think they are improving all the time though.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend PDFfiller for filling out digital documents, for sure. I think if you compare it to other cloud-based software tools, you'll see that it can work more smoothly with your workflow in many cases.

The Support Agent, Kara, that helped me with what I wanted to do was very accommodating and friendly. I had not fully explored the features of this application but I needed to get something rather urgently. Kara was very patient in explaining to me all that I needed to do. It was wonderful to use so I didn't have to go to town to fill out the particular paperwork i needed to turn in. The only negative was I thought I was in a 30-day free trial period, and I was charged two separate charges, though they were very small, but yet I was charged.
