This product is wonderful. I use it to complete certain forms for real estate transactions that have blanks which must be filled in. This product allows me to fill in the blanks and then print a nicely completed product. Before using this product I wrote in my hand the information for the blanks which was made a less than neat finished product.

Was able to use site, but site is not mobile-friendly
I tried using this site on my mobile phone and would recommend only using a PC; the site is not mobile friendly. Otherwise after some effort I was able to upload, electronically sign, and send a PDF document.

What does Bates stamp mean?
Bates stamping is the process of applying a set of identifying numbers to a document collection of PDFs to label and identify them. You can use Previewer to apply a Bates stamp to documents even if you don't import them into a case spreadsheet.
Is Bates numbering required?
Such identification may be solely numeric or may contain a combination of letters and numbers (alphanumeric). There is no standard method for numbering documents, nor is there a standard type face used for such numbers. Manual Bates stampers use a self-inking mechanism with four to seven numbered wheels.
How do Bates numbers work?
Bates numbers offer a way to specifically identify each individual page of a production. Bates numbering also known as Bates stamping or Bates labeling is the process of assigning a unique, sequential identification number to each page, file, or image in a voluminous production.
