It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Great online pdf editor. Should have more features in personal level, a bit annoying to not be able to perform basic functions such as erasing sections of a document or deleting pages in a commercial, paid product. That is my only complaint though. Great software otherwise.

Took me a while to learn how to use this but it has saved me a lot!!! Using this site I have been able to save leg work as well as money! Well worth time spent learning how to use it! Still have a lot to learn!

I find that using your program is easy to navigate and looks professional when completed.
I find that using your program is rather easy to navigate. The only issue that I have had is when I try to print a document, there have been quite a few times that it will download to 63% and then gets stuck there. I have to close the document and try again....sometimes several times until I can print it. Besides that, it has been great!

I am a data manager at a school and this program has made my job a whole lot easier when it comes to asking for student records. This also helps when my fax machine wants to be lazy lol the five stars are definitely not enough!

Great Customer Service!
I hadn't realized That I was getting billed, and for 9 months, I was paying for a service I only used once. Ryan helped me over the customer support, and helped me find the email I had used (it wasn't my main account), and helped me cancel the subscription for a full refund. He was super nice about it to, so I figured I'd review him.

Not very user friendly. The "sign-up" commitment is not good... Inevitably some people will forget to cancel and then will be hit with a high annual charge...
