I liked the flexibility to edit and make changes in my document.
Its rare to get something like this, especially for a pdf format. for me it made things easier as I was working on a pdf document and I wanted to make a few changes on it without converting to a word document.

I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! And your forms, that have been time saving!

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. The ability to modify documents specific to our needs. The Tools provided give me maximum ability to modify, add, remove and edit any document in any way that is needed.
