It is a simple process to upload, fill out typed forms, e-sign, and save/print externally.
What do you dislike?
I have not been able to drag and drop from outlook '07. The additional step of saving a document locally and then uploading seems unnecessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very intuitive product that can one can pick up and become proficient with little training or experience.

I have been able to keep from printing countless documents that only need a quick signature only to be scanned in again and emailed out. There is a huge time saving as well being able to cut out those middle steps.

I've used pdffiller almost a year. Works pretty good.
Available anywhere. Document storage is good. Login in is easy. Options are many especially what can be done after the document is finished.
Time to load documents Too many clicks (four) to get it to print. Can't arrange folders to my liking.

Should I delete or void a paycheck in QuickBooks?
Intuit Online Payroll Enhanced Select Delete, then OK to confirm deletion. If you used a paper check, you have the option to delete it. If you used a paper check, but it's not the most recent one or a direct deposit check, the system will not allow you to delete it. Contact us to void the paycheck.
What happens if I delete a paycheck in QuickBooks?
QuickBooks Full Service Payroll Select the check(s) you'd like to delete. Select Delete. Note: The Delete button only appears if there are checks selected. Printed checks: You'll be able to delete checks up until the pay date.
What is the difference between voiding a paycheck and deleting a paycheck?
Once voided the original paycheck created will still show up in the paycheck list and payroll reports. The system will create an adjustment check to zero out the check. Voiding a check won't stop an unprocessed direct deposit. To do that the paycheck must be deleted.
How do I delete a paycheck in QuickBooks?
On the top menu bar, choose Employees, then Edit/Void Paychecks. On the Edit/Void Paychecks screen, change both the Show paychecks through/from dates to the date of the check, and press Tab on your keyboard. Select the check-in question, and select Void.
Can a payroll check be Cancelled?
To cancel a paycheck, you can either delete or void the paycheck, depending on whether you have sent it to QuickBooks Assisted Payroll: If you have not yet sent the paycheck to QuickBooks Assisted Payroll, you can delete it. Deleting a paycheck does not affect payroll tax filing.
How do I cancel Only?
To remove the payroll, start by logging into Only. Once you see the Dashboard, scroll down until you see the Recent Pay Runs section. Click “VIEW ALL” to see the delete button. If you are still able to remove the run, it will have a DELETE button.
Can you delete an employee from QuickBooks?
In QuickBooks Desktop, click Employees >Employee Center. Right-click the employee name. Click Delete Employee. Click OK.
